1999- Small Business Start up
Provide Detailing services to Steel Fabricators to include beams, columns, stairs and handrails. Erection drawings and site detail drawings are also provided. In 2003, the business expanded to include light gauge metal framing by providing shop drawings of wall panels locating door and window openings with necessary build up, floor panels and truss profiles and design
1985-1998 Senior Designer, Howard Marten Company LTD
Responsible for all design and drawings for skid mounted lubrication systems. All functions on Autocad R13 and Microsoft Office.Design criteria included equipment & piping layout, structural steel,electrical control and all necessary fabrication drawings.
1973-1983 Senior Mechanical Designer, Ebastec Lavalin Inc.
In charge of design team responsible for the layout of Thermal &Nuclear power generating stations. Checking of teams layout drawings,introducing company standard drafting practices and assignment of drafting tasks. Prepared pipe stress isometrics & calculations for Engineering review.
1972-1973 Draughtsman, Trans-Canada Pipelines Ltd.
Responsible for design of Compressor stations used for transportation of natural gas. Produced system and site layout drawings for maintaining the stations. These included: proposed plant layout, drainage, HVAC, steam heating, plumbing, and building foundations & structures.
1970-1972 Junior Draughtsman, Ebastec Lavalin Inc.
Produced drawings from designer & Engineering mark-ups. performed general office duties involving filing & recording drawings, blueprints and copying.
1968-1970 Junior Draughtsman, Frankel Structural Steel
Responsible for detailing open web steel joists and related structural members from designer & Engineering mark-ups.

Coached Central Team to 8 consecutive Gold medals in the Ontario Summer/Winter Games. Trained 5 Athletes to National Team status and 4 for the Canada Games
1978-1981 International Show Car Circuit - 7th place finish
Competed with over 500 other competitors throughout Canada & the United States.
